"What If" is a Great Romantic Comedy for the Summer

"What If" is a great romantic comedy for the summer. It tells the story of Wallace, played by Daniel Radcliffe. Wallace is a person that has run out his luck on love. His parents both cheated, and his girlfriend cheated on him. He is trying to find real, passionate love even though he is cynical about relationships. He forms a great friendship with Chantry, played by Kazan. Chantry is beautiful, funny, and charming, and gets a long well with Wallace. The only problem is that she has been in a relationship with Ben, played by Rafe Spall. So Wallace and Chantry have a close friendship and they try to have a friendship without anything physical.

This film is great mainly because its realistic for the most part. Wallace and Chantry have a great relationship, and it is normal for a male and female that are friends to even think dating or having sex, it is inevitable. Daniel Radcliffe and Zoe Kazan do a great job and they are absolutely adorable together. The cast also does a great job for this film, that is pretty accurate for sisters to act and talk about guys, and guys to talk about women. It is a funny, charming story that is exciting to watch.

R.I.P. Robin Williams

It is a tragedy that one of, if not the best actors of all time has lost us today. Robin Williams will be a legend in the dramatic and comedic genres for decades. He is one of the few actors that could play a dramatic and comedic role, and nail each and every one. His movies were so great, and it is a shame he has lost us so soon.

"Boyhood" is Incredible

"Boyhood" is incredible. This gripping tale tells the story of a boy named Mason, played by Ellar Coltrane. We first meet Mason when he is about six years old, and we see him grow up in Texas. Through multiple families, his mother and father going through a divorce, meeting new friends, going to new schools, and growing up we see him blossom into a fulfilling young man. It is touching to see how great he overcomes his struggles into becoming a a great person regardless of all of the struggles he endured. Having a strong balance of his mother, played by Patricia Arquette, and his father, played by Ethan Hawke, he figures out what he wants to do with his life.

This film is so great because of how much time passes, and how they portray it. The film takes place over 12 years but we are never told exactly what year it is. Through music, hairstyles, new settings, and aging of people we can see that  time has past. It is a gripping story of growing up. This film is extremely long, but you almost do not want it to end. The story is so exciting, and captivating, you want to know how it ends. And yes you are at the theater for almost three hours, but this film took about thirteen years to make, maybe even longer. It is deserving to watch how amazing, twelve years of somebody's family has turned out. This film is outstanding, and is a pleasure to watch.
