"Everybody's Fine" is a Great Film that Displays Robert De Niro's Greatness

"Everybody's Fine" is a great film that displays Robert De Niro's greatness. It tells the story of Frank Goode, played by Robert De Niro, and his unplanned road trip to see his children and his grandchildren. He is a loving father and grandfather, but after his wife passing, he has lost touch with his kids, and wants to make sure he is still in his family's life. He visits his daughter the ad executive in Chicago, played by Kate Beckinsale, his son the conductor in Denver, played by Sam Rockwell, and his daughter who performs in Vegas played by Drew Barrymore. Frank knows he does not have much time left, and he wants to make sure he is in his children and grandchildren's lives before he its too late.

This film is great mainly because of the cast. Kate Beckinsale is a great actress. She is an English actress that learned an American accent for films and she does a great job in her films. She is still waiting for her amazing role, but she is very good at what she does. Sam Rockwell is a great actor. Everything he is in he is immaculate and he is one of the best. Drew Barrymore has always been a great actress, and she has been in the business since she was a little girl and she progressed throughout her career. However, Robert De Niro steals the show in this film. He is great in every role he does obviously, he is one of the best actors ever. Although, in this film he really became this character so well, and we felt for him, all throughout this film and we wanted him to have a better relationship with his family. And we felt that he deserves to have a better relationship with his family. Please watch this film.

"Philomena" is a Great Film to See

"Philomena" is a great film to see. It tells the true story of Philomena Lee, played by Judi Dench. She is a woman living in Ireland with her daughter, Jane, played by Anna Maxwell Martin. Philomena is older but she still remembers her past. She is a very religious woman and when she was a teenager, she had a one night stand, got pregnant, and was then forced to live in a convent. When her son, was about three he was taken away from Philomena and since then she has been trying to find him ever since. Philomena is distraught on what would have been her son's 50th birthday, and she decides to tell Jane about him and try to find him. With the help of weary journalist, Martin Sixsmith, played by Steve Coogan, they both try to find her long lost son.

This film is great to watch because it is intriguing to see what happens in her journey. The film is depressing at times, but it is exciting to see what happens next and how Judi Dench's character withstands the hardships of this journey. She does an amazing job for this film. She was spectacular to watch because you really felt like she was a heartwarming mother or grandmother trying to find her son, and to make sure she made enough of an impact in his life, regardless she was only in it for a few years of his life. Steve Coogan also did an a spectacular job for this film. He helped write the screenplay for this film and he also starred in this film. The film mostly consisted of these two actors and they worked very well together. It is a heartwarming true story coming to life on screen.

"American Hustle" is a Great Film to See this Holiday Season

"American Hustle" is a great film to see this holiday season. It tells the story of Irving Rosenfeld, play by Christian Bale. He is a brilliant and successful con man, who partners with an incredibly gorgeous and intelligent British partner, Sydney played by Amy Adams. They soon get caught by an FBI agent, Richie Dimaso, played by Bradley Cooper. Richie forces them to join him to take down New Jersey powerbrokers and mafia. The mayor of Camden, Carmine Polito, played by Jeremy Renner is caught in the middle. One person that can hinder their plans is Irving's beautiful but sassy wife Rosalyn, played by Jennifer Lawrence. Irving tries to make sure his plans are ok for himself, Sydney, Rosalyn, and his son Danny.

This film is great and it is obvious that it will win many awards. The authenticity of this film was great. Even through the opening credits we jump right into the time period it takes place in. And with the soundtrack, the wardrobe we can clearly see that we were in 1970s New York and New Jersey. David O. Russell did a great job for this film. He wrote and directed this film and he really did an amazing job. The cast was very similar to "Silver Linings Playbook" and it worked very well, because the cast was spectacular. This film is hard to understand but if watched carefully it is a great thrill ride to see what happens next.

"A Christmas Story" is a Great Way to Spend Christmas

Even though I am not Christian, I love Christmas movies. My favorites include "It's a Wonderful Life" and "Elf" but today I will talk about "A Christmas Story." This film is hilarious and it is great to watch even for 24 hours on TBS on Christmas. It tells the story of Ralphie, played by Peter Billingsley. He is a young kid living in suburbia in the 1940s. It is almost Christmas and Ralphie doesn't want anything for Christmas except a Red Rider BB gun. Everyone says it is too dangerous and he does not care, because he believes it is the greatest gift ever.

This film is a classic and it is great even in 2013, soon to be 2014. It is a timeless film that only gets better with age. It is so funny to watch Ralphie really try to get what he wants, but he cannot get through the holiday without constant hazing towards the gift he wants. There are countless memorable quotes and moments in this film need to be watched over again. It is great that it is on for 24 hours during Christmas. From the lamp scene, to Santa pushing him down the slide, it is an amazing and hilarious story to watch. It is a classic that will be remembered for awhile.

"Anchorman 2" is Worth Seeing if you Loved the First One

"Anchorman 2" is worth seeing if you loved the first one. The story continues with Will Ferrell's character. Ron Burgundy. He is now on a national network in New York, alongside with his wife, Veronica Corningstone, played by Christina Applegate. He has a child, and things seem to be looking up for him, until he gets fired and Veronica gets a promotion. This leads to a huge fight between Veronica and Ron and they split up. Ron goes back to San Diego, and after losing his job at Sea World, he is offered an anchoring position at a new network that will run for 24 hours. He would love to do take this opportunity but he needs his news team back. He finds his news team and he starts his new life back in New York, trying to work against Veronica.

This film is funny and worth seeing but it is not as good as the first film. It is very ridiculous, but funny. The second film was a lot of different from the first film but it worked because of the hiatus. The fact that there was a ten year hiatus, worked well with the film because we wanted to know what the news team was doing, and we were intrigued. This film was longer, and it had more of a meaning, and it worked pretty well. It showed the true value of the news, we need to know what is going on not fluff.  There should not be a third film, but it is worth seeing, if you are a huge fan of the first film.

Actors including, James Franco, Seth Rogen, Jason Segel, Martin Starr, John Francis Daley, and the beautiful Linda Cardellini. The show was produced by Judd Apatow, the genius behind "Knocked Up" and "The 40 Year Old Virgin." Tis' a week before Christmas, and I would like to tell you a few films to see this time of year.

1."American Hustle" - This film tells the story of a con man and his beautiful British partner forced to work with a FBI agent. Problems arise and they are forced to deal with them. It has Christian Bale, Amy Adams, Bradley Cooper, Jennifer Lawrence, and Jeremy Renner. It should an amazing thrill ride.

2. "Wolf of Wall Street" - This film tells the true story of Jordan who lives the high life as a wealthy stockbroker but he gets through crime, betrayal, and corruption. It stars Leonardo Dicaprio, Jonah Hill, and Matthew McConaughey. It should be a hilarious, sexy, and thrilling film to watch.

3. "Saving Mr. Banks" - This film tells the story of author P. L. Travers and how she met Walt Disney and how Walt created her novel, Mary Poppins into film. This film has Emma Thompson, Tom Hanks, Paul Giamatti, and Jason Schwartzmann. This film should be a great film not only for kids but for the whole family.

4. "Anchorman 2" - This is the second film of the Anchorman series telling the fictional tale of the news reporter, Ron Burgundy. It will probably not be as good or funny as the first film but it is worth seeing because of how great the first film was. This film has Will Ferrell, Paul Rudd, David Koechner, Steve Carrell, and Christina Applegate.

5. "The Hobbit: Desolation of Smaug" - This film is the second film of "the Hobbit" series and it tells more of the journey of the elves and Bilbo and Gandolf. "Anchorman 2" has Giant Shoes to Fill

"Anchorman 2" has giant shoes to fill. The first "Anchorman" will go down in history as one of the funniest slapstick comedies of all time. It has so many great comedic actors including, Will Ferrell, Paul Rudd, Steve Carrell, David Koechner, Paul F. Tompkins, the beautiful Christina Applegate, and many others. The film explained the story of a news reporter named Ron Burgundy, played by Will Ferrell. It showed his hilarious antics with his news team. Ron Burgundy was at the top of his game until a pretty young news anchor, named Veronica Corningstone, played by Christina Applegate. The film was a hysterical film that will no doubt be talked about for ages.

The second film comes out on Wednesday and I am discouraged. I am discouraged because I loved the first film so much and I hope it does not end up like the Hangover series and have a terrible sequels when the first movie of the series was fantastic. This film has giant shoes to fill because everyone has high expectations including me. I hope the movie is as funny as the first one. It is not going to be a great movie that will win Oscars but it is a comedic film that is very funny.

"Invincible" is a Great Sports Film.

"Invincible" is a great sports film. I tells the true story of Vince Papale, played by Mark Wahlberg. Vince is a 30-year old bartender living in Philadelphia. He is down on his luck because his girlfriend leaves him and he is looking for a fresh start. He has been a decent football player his whole life, and he decides to try out for the Philadelphia Eagles when they hold open tryouts. Eventually, he is the only player drafted, and he is the heart and soul of the city because he is an older guy, home-grown trying to land a starting spot on the team. He is trying his hardest his best getting on the team but he is neglecting his loved ones, that helped him get there in the first place. He realizes this and tries to make sure his new life does not affect his old life.

This film is very special because the actual Vince Papale spoke at my 8th grade graduation because his daughter graduated with me, and the film came out that year also. It is a great film about determination, and triumph. He had his back against the wall, and achieved his goal. Mark Wahlberg was very good in this film. He has truly made a name for himself in Hollywood, after he was in the funky bunch. Other great roles in this film were by Elizabeth Banks, Greg Kinnear, and Kevin Conway. Being a Philadelphia Eagles and the NFL in general, I loved how they portrayed the 1976 team and it was interesting to see how they showed the NFL at that time. It is a great film that Mark Wahlberg flourishes in.

"Rudy" is One of the Best Sports Films of All Time

"Rudy" is one of the best sports films of all time. It tells the story of of Daniel "Rudy" Rettinger, played by Sean Astin. He is a young man trying to get through college at Holy Cross Junior College. He has big dreams though. His dream is to play college football at Notre Dame, not only for himself but for his family and everyone that has told him he could not make it. He finally gets accepted into Notre Dame and finally believes he can achieve his dream. He eventually joins the practice squad, because he is not good enough to be a starter. He is determined to fulfill his dream.

This film is so inspiring. It really truly shows if you have are determined, if you stay honest with yourself you can achieve great things. This film is based on a true story and Sean Astin did a fantastic job for this role. He was excellent in this film because we could clearly see how determined he was to succeed. Some great minor roles in this film were by Jon Favreau, Ned Beatty, Lilli Taylor, and Vince Vaughn. It is a great film and it is powerful to watch.

"The School of Rock" is One of Jack Black's Best Films.

"The School of Rock" is one of Jack Black's best films. It tells the story of Dewey, played by Jack Black, who is a rocker at heart. He plays guitar in a band, but the rest of the band does not like him to keep him enough in the band. He feels he needs to do something with his life because his roommate, Ned, played by Mike White, is mad at him for not paying the rent. Dewey decides to to substitute teach at a prep school. He soon learns that the kids in the class is very good at playing instruments are willing to help him win a Battle of the Bands competition and also help him get him striving again to be the person he is set out to be.

This film is great because it is funny, and very great to watch. Jack Black is very good at what he does. Yes he is a goofball, and very hilarious in most of his films. But he is a very good singer, and actor. He is in the band "Tenacious D" and he is also an actor. He is one of the few actors that can play comedic and dramatic roles. He is very entertaining in this role and it is a very exciting movie to watch because of the soundtrack, and the kids in this movie were fantastic also. It is a very good film to watch and it is has been ten years since it has been in theaters and it really should be considered one of Jack Black's best.

"Cyrus" is a Great Indie Comedy.

"Cyrus" is a great Indie comedy. It tells the story of John, played by John C. Reilly, is at a standstill. He is still depressed about his divorce from his wife, Jamie, played by Catherine Keener, and he is very lonely. One night he goes out to a party. He meets a very attractive and outgoing woman named Molly, played by Marisa Tomei. They hit it off, and John finally feels like he is alive again and feels like he has found someone new. John decides to spend more time with Molly, she is flattered but she is reluctant because of her overbearing son, Cyrus, played by Jonah Hill. Cyrus is a new age musician living with Molly and protects her from her new boyfriends. Molly tries to make Cyrus hold back on John because she really likes him. Cyrus does not like John so he does everything to try to break John and Molly up.

This film is great mainly because it is so funny. There are so many awkward sequences in this film, that help with the hilarity. Also, the actors in this film are all funny. Marisa Tomei is great in this film because of how she wanted to be the mother that wanted more out of his life. She epitomized how divorced mothers still needed love and had desires even if they had children. Jonah Hill is always hilarious and he is also a great actor. He proved that he is a great actor in this film, and "Moneyball" mainly because he can play in different kinds of roles comedic and dramatic, this film was both. Catherine Keener is one of my favorite actresses of all time. First off, she is hilarious in all of her films. And she is great at what she does mainly because she has worked her way from a manager at Mcdonald's and now acting in great independent roles. John C. Reilly is also a great actor. Yes, he is hilarious in films like "Step Brothers" and "Walk Hard" but he has been in a plethora of dramatic roles, and he even has an Oscar nomination for his amazing performance in "Chicago." All of these actors are great because of how they can act in different roles and succeed. This film is beautifully written and directed by Mark and Jay Duplass and it is really worth seeing.

"The Avengers" is a Great Film for Marvel Fans, and Hopefully the New Marvel Films Coming Out Are As Good.

"The Avengers" is a Great Film for Marvel Fans, and hopefully the new Marvel films coming out are as good. The Avengers is a team of superheroes consisting of Thor, played by Chris Hemsworth, Iron Man, played by Robert Downey Jr., The Hulk, played by Mark Ruffalo, Captain America, played by Chris Evans, Black Widow, played by Scarlett Johansson, and Hawkeye, played by Jeremny Renner. They are all put on a team to take down Thor's brother Loki, played by Tom Hiddleston. The superheroes are have to work together to take down their enemy.

This film is great for the fans. It involves some of the great superheroes from the comic books, and it is a very well done film. It is just a start to the tons of Marvel films that are coming out in the next few years, including a second "Avengers" film. There are a plethora of superheroes in Marvel but the films are very exciting because of the action and how it is very similar to the comic books. Personally, from the track record I like DC films better because of "Watchmen" "The Dark Knight" and "Batman Begins" but "The Avengers" is very entertaining to watch, especially because of all the superheroes and villains in the film and I am very excited for the second film.

"La Jetee" is a Film that is Revolutionary

"La Jetee" is a film that is revolutionary. This is a film made by Chris Marker. He uses still images to tell a story of a man held prisoner. He is forced to take part in a experiment dealing with his past, present, and future. He is sent to specific memories of his involving a woman he was with. We as the audience, still do not know if she is real or a figment of his imagination. We do know that he intrigued by this woman. He is entrapped by his past and he is trapped by his current situation of his predicament. HE has to figure out what has happened to him, and what will happen to him.

This film is beautifully done mainly because of the still images. The images are photographs telling a story. With music and dissolves, and shadows and lighting we can still understand the story well enough regardless that there is no video being portrayed. Chris Marker was a great filmmaker because he really tried to portray film in a different way, and this film was one of his best. He mostly made short films and this is probably his best. The story this film portrays is amazing regardless that we can only see still images. It is a spectacular film to see.

"Varsity Blues" is a Great Football Film.

"Varsity Blues" is a great film. It tells the story of a high school football team.  Mox, played by James Van Der Beek, is the quarterback of the team after the star QB, Lance, played by Paul Walker, gets injured. It is up to Mox to lead the team to an undefeated season. The coach, is a ruthless and cruel head coach named bud Kilmer, played by Jon Voight. The whole team deals with relationship problems, college acceptances, and pressure from the whole town. They are trying to get through their last years of high school.

This film is great mainly because the teenage stars really blossomed in this film. The actors were successful after this film, and they are still known today. It is a great football film, and also it shows how tough it can be for a teenager especially for a teenage athlete.

R.I.P. Paul Walker

Paul Walker was killed in a car crash yesterday. Although I am not a fan of his, it is never good to see anyone die or get killed. He was best known for his role in " Varsity Blues" and the "Fast and Furious" Series. This series, is very popular and he will be missed.

"The Hunger Games: Catching Fire" is a Great Film to See This Holiday Season.

"The Hunger Games: Catching Fire" is a great film to see this holiday season. This is the second installment of "The Hunger Games" trilogy. The first film had Peeta, played by Josh Hutcherson, and Katniss, played by Jennifer Lawrence, winning the 74th annual Hunger Games. The Capitol is not very happy about the outcome of the games. So they become the targets of the Capitol. President Snow, played by Donald Sutherland, advises a new rule to the 75th annual games. He proposed that the only participants of the games will be victors that are still alive of each district. Which means Katniss and Peeta will be participating again. But because Katniss is loved by most of the districts a revolution is starting. Which President Snow and Plutarch, played by Phillip Seymour Hoffman. An uprising of rebellion starts in the districts.

This film is very captivating and entertaining throughout. I have not read any of the books and I still know exactly what is going on, and I have a clear picture of what is to come in the next two films. Jennifer Lawrence is spectacular and beautiful. She is becoming one of the most well-known actresses mainly because she is great at what she does, I am really excited to see her in the new film, "American Hustle." Josh Hutcherson is also a very good actor, he is not blowing up as much as Jennifer Lawrence but he is very good in this series. This film is a lot more edgier and cruel, but it also has romance and betrayal. So it has everything for everyone. It is a great series, that really plays with your head about entertainment and how we rely on it to stay stable. Go see these films.

"The Hunger Games" Has the Odds In Their Favor

"The Hunger Games" is a spectacular start to a great series. Based on the book by Suzanne Collins, it tells the story of Katniss Everdeen, played by Jennifer Lawrence. She lives in a dystopian nation called Panem, and she is part of district 12. Panem has an annual event called "The Hunger Games" where a 12 to 18 year old female and male is randomly chosen to battle to the death with the eleven other districts, there is only one winner, and the games are televised. It is a bloodbath for the nation's enjoyment. Effie Trinket, played by Elizabeth Banks, hosts the reaping before the actual games. The reaping is the actual picking of the names where the whole district is invited. Katniss volunteers to be in the games after he little sister, Primrose, played by Willow Shields, is chosen. Katniss is cannot let her little sister go through this tragic experience, because she is more than a big sister to her, she is almost like a mother to Primrose. the other person picked was Peeta Mellark,  played by Josh Hutcherson. Katniss is a very skilled bow and arrow shooter which will help her in the games. Peeta and Katniss are very nervous and scared but they know they need to win for their families.

This film is very well made and very entertaining. Jennifer Lawrence is spectacular in this film. This is obviously her breakout role, and she does a great job for this film. She is very good at every role, and she is becoming a very popular actress for this decade. Josh Hutcherson was very good in this film also. He has been waiting for his great film and this is probably it. He has been around for awhile, this film and "Little Manhattan" are definitely his best films. Woody Harrelson, and Elizabeth Banks were also very good in this film. They brought a great comedic relief to this very serious time for the two competitors. This film brought up a lot of controversial topics. It brought up the whole idea of free will, if we have our lives planned out, do we have the right to change it? Also, it brought up many ideas of entertainment. Are we doing anything wrong when we watch and look at people's lives whether it is on screen or in real life. This is a very good film and the rest of the series is probably going to be great also.

"Coraline" is a Great Film that is Visually Beautiful

"Coraline" is a great film that is visually beautiful. It has an animated film telling the story of a little girl named, Coraline. Coraline, voiced by Dakota Fanning, is a young girl who moves to an old house with her parents. She is very bored, and disinterested with the new house. She starts to explore the land, and discovers some neighbors and a boy named Wybie, voiced by Robert Bailey Jr. Wybie is a young boy that is intrigued by Coraline. Wybie gives Coraline a doll that looks exactly like Coraline except she has buttons for her eyes. Coraline accepts the doll, even though she thinks its a little creepy. After being pestered by her parents, she discovers a hidden door in her house that leads to a different world. The different world portrays Coraline's life but having everything she wants. Her mother cooks her everything she wants, her father is very interesting and is very talented. And also this world revolves around her. There is a distinct trait that her other parents have now, they have buttons for eyes. Coraline believes that this world is better for her, but problems arises when she spends a lot of time in the world.

This film is made so well. Henry Selick is a genius. He directed and wrote this film also. He also directed, "James and the Giant Peach" and also "The Nightmare Before Christmas." This film was so aesthetically beautiful I am surprised it has not gotten more recognition. Each actor did a fantastic job, also. It is extremely hard to do voice acting but they were spectacular. Dakota Fanning is a great actress even for her age. She has been in the business and she is great at what she does. Teri Hatcher, John Hodgman and Keith David also did a fantastic job for their roles. This film was very well done and it is worth seeing. It is a great film meant for kids, but it has adult themes in it, that makes it so great to watch.

Leslie Nielsen Was A Genius

"The Naked Gun" are one of the best comedic films of all time. Leslie Nielsen, plays Frank Drebin, a cop who cannot get anything right. Everything he does causes trouble with leads to countless laughs. In the best of the trilogy, the first one, he goes on a case to take down Queen Elizabeth II. With his helpby Ed, played by George Kennedy, and Nordberg, played by O.J. Simpson they try to solve the case, with many laughs and antics that are throughout.

These films are one of the funniest films you will ever see. It is a shame that Leslie Nielsen has left us so soon, because he is one of the funniest actors of all time. His hilarious antics in these films, "Airplane!" and "Spy Hard" has made him a comedic legend. He lived until he was 84, and it is a shame because his films were hilarious. Go see his films, and keep his spirit alive, because he truly wanted to make people laugh, and he does it in his films. Go see it!

"Do the Right Thing" is One of Spike Lee' Best

"Do the Right Thing" is one of Spike Lee' best. It tells the story of a neighborhood in Bed Stuy, a section in Brooklyn, that is filled with many different types of races, including Hispanics and mostly African-American. The main character, Mookie, played by Spike Lee, is a pizza delivery boy, at Sal's Famous Pizzeria. Mookie is loved by everyone and he gives advice to anyone in need. His boss, Sal, played by Danny Aiello, is an Italian-American trying to get by. His restaurant has been around for awhile and he feels he has grown up with the people of his neighborhood. This film takes place during one day, the hottest day of the year, and tensions arise in this urban neighborhood.

This film really brings up a lot of issues. Violence/anti-violence, love/hate, white/black superiority, police brutality etc. Most of the film Spike Lee is trying to get out to the audience that racism still exists and it is a terrible thing, because it could lead to violence. The Character, Radio Raheem, is looked as threatening, and buff, but in reality the only few things he really wants to do is for people to listen to his music, and buy batteries, and for Sal to put up pictures of African-Americans in his store. The film is very well-made because of it gets people thinking about why Lee filmed this movie in a certain way, with contorted shots, and close-ups, and dutch angles. This film is very good, and it really shows that racism is a terrible thing that still exists in America, and it probably will never stop. But we can try to get through with it without violence, because it could lead to death of a loved one, or yourself.

"12 Years a Slave" is a Great Film for 2013

"12 Years a Slave" is a great film for 2013. It tells the story of Solomon, played by Chiwetel Ejiofor, a slave trying to get back to his family during his terrible life as a slave. He gets captured by two white men, Hamilton and Brown who put him into slavery even though he is a free man. Overtime, we meet a few slave owners that make Solomon work, but also lets him fulfill his hobby, playing the violin. We meet a few other slaves that become friends with Solomon overtime and they all want to get out of this terrible life they are a part of it. By the end, we meet Bass, played by Brad Pitt. He is a Canadian, that really helps Solomon get back to his family because he is a free man.

This film is great mainly because of how raw it was and how beautifully acted it was. This film has an in depth look at how it really was for slaves. It really was a living hell for them. We see the bruises, bloody messes and the verbal and sexual abuse of what slaves were had to get put through. It is a time of tragedy for America because it was a time where innocent people were forced to not be free and equal like everyone should. The slave owners in this film, were excellent in this film regardless they were displaying people that were very vile and cruel. Paul Dano, Benedict Cumberbatch, Paul Giamatti, and Michael Fassbender were all great. Even though, Brad Pitt was only in this film for about twenty minutes his character was essentially the hero in his time of need. Chiwetel Ejiofor did a great job in this film and he deserves recognition for the work he did for this film. Also Steve McQueen did a great job as the director. The authenticity of this film was greatly made throughout the film. This film is great but still very gruesome, but it told the true events of what had happened to slaves.

"Invictus" is a Great Film with Two Great Lead Actors, Morgan Freeman and Matt Damon.

"Invictus" is a great film with two great lead actors. It tells the story of Nelson Mandela, played by Morgan Freeman, trying to unite the apartheid country. He tries to do this by uniting with the captain of the South African Rugby Team, Francois Pienaar, played by Matt Damon. Mandela believes with an amazing run, the National Rugby Team can win the World Cup. He also believes by rallying the team will help with the problem of apartheid and officially unite the country.

This film is great mainly because of Morgan Freeman. He is an amazing actor that has been around for centuries. He is one of the few actors that people know even when we hear his voice. He has been in so many films, it is hard to say he has been in flops. He has, but he makes any flop much better. Including, "Oblivion," "Wanted," "Olympus Has Fallen," and the "The Big Bounce." He was a main part of why, arguably the best film ever made, "The Shawshank Redemption" was so good. Matt Damon, was also very good in this film. He is also a very good actor, and talented writer. "Good Will Hunting" was an amazing film for his career. It really skyrocketed his career into stardom. "Invictus" was a great role for him and he did a very good for him. This film was very well made. Both Actors got nominated for Oscars, and deserved the nominations. This film was very good and it deserved to be credited.

"Requiem for a Dream" is a Thriller that Messes With Your Head

"Requiem for a Dream" is a thriller that messes with your head. This film tells the story of four drug addicts. Harry Goldfarb, played by Jared Leto, is a drug dealer who is also addicted. His girlfriend, Marion, played by Jennifer Connelly, is also addicted and helps Harry deal. Marion and Harry are not the most wealthy of people so they acquire help from Tyrone, played by Marlon Wayans. They try to acquire enough money to deal and also use. Marion also is an escort on the side, to help out with their business. Harry's mother, Sara, played by Ellen Burstyn, is an addict also trying to feel better about herself and lose weight. Harry will do anything for Sara regardless that he is an addict and is not trying to quit. We then see the four spiral out of control in their addiction. It is a very weird, odd, bizarre, and messed-up way of seeing things, but this film displays the true events of what an addict goes through.

This film is very disturbing at times, but it is so grueling it is almost like you cannot stop watching. The four main actors do a fantastic job for their roles in the film. Jared Leto is a very talented person. He is a spectacular frontman for "30 Seconds to Mars" and he is also an extraordinary actor. This film and "Girl Interrupted" are his best films. Jennifer Connelly is also an incredible actress. She is very beautiful and her acting is impeccable also. She usually plays a distraught woman but this film was different for her, and she nailed this role. Marlon Wayans was not very good in this film also. He is usually in some hilarious films, but this was obviously different for him and he did a pretty good job. The most spectacular performance in this film was Ellen Burstyn. She has been around for decades, and she is an incredible actress. Her performance in this film earned an Oscar nomination for Best Actress and it is unfortunate she did not because she did spectacular for this film. Darren Aronofsky is a genius and this is one of his best films.

"About Time" is a Great Film to See this Holiday Season

"About Time" is a great film to see for this upcoming holiday season. It has Tim, Domhnall Gleeson, living in Cornwall, with his parents, and his sister Kit Kat, played by Lydia Wilson. He is a very lonely man, he has not had many girlfriends and he is looking for a woman to be with. But he is very close with his sister and his parents. Before he leaves, his father, played by Bill Nighy, tells him the men in his family can travel back in time to any part of their life, to redo. At first, he does not believe him, but when he actually does, he uses this to his advantage. He moves to London to start his lawyering job, and start his new life looking for the love of his life. One day, he goes on a double date with his best friend Jay, played by Will Merrick. They go on this date to a restaurant where the diners eat in the dark. On this date Tim meets Mary, played by Rachel McAdams. Mary and Tim really hit it off, and Tim finally thinks he has found the right one. He starts his life with Mary, and now he is finally happy and not alone. He finds someone that is his true love, with his powers in the back of his mind that can help him with his dad, his mom, Kit Kat, and Mary.

This film is great mainly because of how their relationship progresses. He meets this girl in the dark and he realizes she is the best person for him. And they then start their life together. Domhnall Gleeson was spectacular in this film. This was his first leading role, and he did a really a great job because he really showed that the nomral, nice guys can get the girl they deserve. Rachel McAdams did a fantastic job also. This is similar to "The Notebook" in being a very romantic and emotional film, but this was a great role for her because it showed that can quirky and romantic but also a motherly type of person. Lydia Wilson, was a great asset to this film. She was an alcoholic in this film, and she really played the hippie, outgoing little sister very well. Bill Nighy deserves a lot of credit for his role also. One of the main recurring themes in this film was the relationship Tim had with his father. He was the person that Tim looked up to, and he was a great role model for Tim to help him with his life. This is a great film to see this year.

"Everything Must Go" is a Great Indie Film

"Everything Must Go" is a great indie film. It has Nick Halsey, played by Will Ferrell, trying to cope with his alcoholism. After losing his job and wife he decides to have a yard sale to have a fresh start to his new life. He decides to sell everything, his belongings and all of the memories of his wife, and his past life. Trying to cope he still drinks, and sits on his lawn. He makes friends with a neighborhood kid,  Kenny, played by Christopher Jordan Wallace, who looks up to Nick regardless that he is a bum. He also makes friends with a pregnant woman across the street, Samantha, played by Rebecca Hall.  His friend, Frank, played by Michael Peña, who is a police office checks up on him. Nick tries to sort everything out anyway he can, because he is trying to fix his life because he realizes he has done wrong.

This film actually has Will Ferrell in a dramatic role. He is not the best actor to be portrayed as a dramatic/comedic actor because he is well known for his hilarious roles including "Anchorman" and "Step Brothers" but he really tries in this film. He gives a decent performance as a serious actor and he succeeds in this film. Also, the supporting roles are very good in this film. This was Christopher Jordan Wallace's second film and he did a spectacular job for this film. Also, Rebecca Hall is a great actress. She has been in some amazing films including "Vicky Christina Barcelona" and "The Town" and she does a great job for this film. And Michael Peña is a fantastic actor mainly because of his role in "Crash" and he was a great asset for this film. This film is worth checking out, and Will Ferrell is pretty decent as a serious actor in this film.

"Finding Nemo" is One of the Best Animated Films Ever Made

"Finding Nemo" is one of the best animated films ever made. It tells the story of Marlin, a clown fish taking care of his son, Nemo. Marlin lost his wife and now he is taking care of Nemo on his own. Nemo is a boy that wants to do things on his own, especially because he wants to overcome his fin. One fin is shorter than the other which causes his swimming to not be as proficient as most fish in the sea. One day after not listening to his father, Nemo gets abducted by a boat, and netted. Marlin is then forced to go out across the ocean to find his son. Along the way, he meets Dory. Dory is a blue tang fish that has short-term memory loss. She accompanies Marlin on his journey. The two encounter dangerous deep-sea creatures to hinder their journey for the grand prize, finding Nemo.

This film really put animated films on the map. "Toy Story" and "A Bug's Life" and "Shrek" were the beginning of animated films but "Finding Nemo" really had the most technologically advanced updates that really was portrayed throughout the film. After this film there were multiple animated films made in the year. Also, this was an animated films that was not just for kids. Most animated films today are only for kids. Including "Planes" and "Madagascar." Animated films do not have to just be for kids, films like this "Up," "Wall-E" and "Shrek" are great representations of films that are for kids but adults can relate to it and also love it. This film really put animated films on the map. And it is one of the best animated films ever made because of the great cast, the storyline, and the amazing effects that went along with it. Please go see it.

Robin Williams is One of the Best Actors of All Time

"Mrs. Doubtfire" is a hilarious classic. It tells the story of Daniel Hillard, played by Robin Williams and his family. He has two daughters and a son. He is married to Miranda Hillard, played by Sally Field. Miranda is fed up Daniel. He is very childish, and he is a very mature father and Miranda is fed up with it. They decide to get a divorce and Miranda takes care of the kids. Daniel is forced to move into an apartment and tries to recreate his life. He then finds out that Miranda is looking for a housekeeper. Daniel decides to come up with a disguise, Mrs. Doubtfire. He gets the job, and gets to be with his kids even though Miranda and their kids do not know. He just wants to be with his kids because he loves them, and they love his father.

This film is great mainly because of Robin Williams. He is one of the best actors of all time. He is one of the few actors that can successfully be in any genre and still help the movie make it ten times better. Granted, he has had flops but when he is good movies he is great, which makes the movie better. This film might be his best comedy, and "Good Will Hunting" could be his best dramatic role. Sally Field also, did a fantastic job for this film. She has had a long lasting career and she is a decent actor. Also, Pierce Brosnan was great as a minor character. This film is hilarious throughout the film, and it shows that Robin Williams is funny and can act very well. Please see it and laugh.

"The Bicycle Thieves" is a Classic Italian Neo-Realism Film

"The Bicycle Thieves" is a classic Italian Neo-Realism film. It tells the story of Antonio, played by Lamberto Maggioriani, a father living in Italy after WWII. Most of Italy is in poverty at this time, and Antonio is one of the father that is forced to take a job to take care of his family and make sure they are well-supported. The job he takes is a person that puts up movie posters by bicycle. On the first day on the job, his bicycle gets stolen. His son, Bruno, played by Enzo Stailoa, spend the weekend trying to find his bicycle. The bicycle that represents that can get them out of poverty and give them a great way to live. Antonio becomes relentless in finding the bicycle. It is a story of determination and a father trying to be the best he can but sometimes a father cannot be the superman he is sometimes supposed to be.

The film was directed by the legendary Vittorio De Sica. He has many, many films but he is most known for this film. He epitomizes the Italian Neorealism genre because he makes you feel like we are with the characters. Also, the actors in his films are not professional actors. Maggioriani did a fantastic job for this film even though he is not a professional actor. When watching him in this film you can feel the intensity of relentless attitude in finding this bicycle. Also, Enzo Stailoa did an amazing job for this film. He was only ten in this film, and he was the best "actor"in this film because every scene showed his emotion towards his father. This film is a great representation of De Sica's work and Italian Neorealism films. Go see it.

"Changeling" is a Spectacular Film

"Changeling" is a spectacular film. It tells the story of Christine Collins, played by Angelina Jolie, living as a single mother in late 1920's Los Angeles. Her life is dedicated to taking care of her little boy, Walter, played by Gattlin Griffith. When he goes missing Christine goes on a witch hunt to find her little boy. She goes to the LAPD to help, with the help of Detective Lester Ybarra, played by Michael Kelly, they try to find him. Also trying to help is Reverend Briegleb, played by John Malkovich. They are all determined to find Walter safe and sound.

This film really shows that Angelina Jolie is a great actress. Other than "Lara Croft: Tomb Raider" we have not seen her as a lead actress in a movie that was successful. She is obviously extremely beautiful, she is a sex symbol for our generation but in this film she really shows that she is not just this beautiful person. She can act. This film and "Girl, Interrupted" are her best films and she really nailed this role. Also, John Malkovich and Michael Kelly were great supporting roles for this film. Michael Kelly has been in some great films and he did a great job in this film. John Malkovich is one of the best actors of this time period. He has such a distinct demeanor about him that just is so present throughout every single film he is in. Also, Gattlin Griffith did an amazing job for his age. During this film he was ten, and he did nailed this role for his age. This film is great to see if you want to see another great Clint Eastwood film.

"Fight Club" is One of the Best Psychological Thrillers

"Fight Club" is one of the best psychological thrillers. It tells the story of an office worker suffering from insomnia, played by Edward Norton, who is also extremely depressed. He feels like his life is going nowhere and he feels like life has no meaning. He has lost every ounce of happiness until he finds his happiness through support groups. Testicular cancer support groups, tuberculosis, melanoma, and various other ones. At these support groups he has people that help him out, and have someone to talked to even though he does not suffer from any of the diseases. He finally is able to sleep after. He then meets a person that has been doing the same thing he is doing, Marla Singer, played by Helena Bonham Carter. He confronts her and they then decide to split each week so everyone is happy. With all the extra time, he then goes on a business trip and on the way home he is introduced a soap owner, Tyler Durden, played by Brad Pitt. After this happens things go out of control for the main character. He starts to be around Tyler a lot and they develop a new support group for men, fight club.

David Fincher is an absolute genius for putting to this novel to screen and exceeding the standard. Chuck Palahniuk wrote this novel, which is spectacular also. David Fincher directed this film, Jim Uhls wrote the screenplay, and they really brought this film to life. Palahniuk even says that the film is a better adaptation than the novel. The first time I saw this film I was mesmerized of how it plays with your head. It really shows how you should strive to be whoever you want to be, and to not have any fear whatsoever when fulfilling what you want to be, and strive to be an individual. Please go see this spectacular film that is beautifully acted by Edward Norton, Brad Pitt, Helena Bonham Carter, Meat Loaf, Jared Leto, also beautifully made and edited. Go see it!

"Rocky Balboa" is a Great Film That Ended the Series

"Rocky Balboa" is a great film that ended the series. It tells the story of Rocky Balboa, played by Sylvester Stallone, after the fame and glory. He is older now, and basically only has Paulie, played by Burt Young. His son, Rocky Jr., played by Milo Ventimiglia, does not see him because he is caught up in his job and he wants to make a name for himself and not live in the shadow of his father. Rocky is the owner of a restaurant in honor of Adrian, because she has past away. Rocky is very distraught about his son, and his wife and something big happens. A the heavyweight champion, Mason Dixon, played by Antonio Tarver, is making a name for himself but he is not liked by boxing fans because of his cocky attitude. ESPN does a virtual fight between Balboa and Dixon and who wins, Balboa. This gets Rocky thinking, maybe he can do this again. He starts to train again prove that an old school can beat new school.

This film is not as good as the first two films but it did wrap up the films very well. It brought back many characters from before including Marie. Her character fit very well in this film and it showed that Rocky gave a lot of hope to the city of Philadelphia and the rest of the world to never give up. These films were Sylvester Stallone's best films and he does a great job at this character. It is unfortunate that some of these films were not as good as the 1st, 2nd, and 6th because it had a lot of potential. Regardless, this film was very well made and very inspirational.

"Defending Your Life" Has a Great Perspective On Life.

"Defending Your Life" has a great perspective on life. It tells the story of Daniel, played by Albert Brooks. He is killed and sent to an afterlife representing the U.S. He is sent there for a few days to have his past life judged to see if he is going to heaven or back down to earth. He is put in a room to examine the events in his life that will explain his fate. After he is judged for each day he gets to roam around the area. It is a place where you can eat whatever and how much you want, and can never gain any weight, and everything is free. While he is there he meets a woman named Julia, played by Meryl Streep. They both hit it off and become great friends. Daniel starts to have feelings for her but he will only be with her for a few more days.

This film is great mainly because it gave me a new perspective after you die. What if, we are examined of all the faults in your lifetime after you die? It really gets you thinking about how we are supposed to live our lives to the fullest because it could be lost in an instant. This film is great if you want to see why Albert Brooks and Meryl Streep and Rip Torn are such great actors and very talented in general. Go see it!

"Get Low" is Spectacular

"Get Low" is spectacular. It tells the story of Felix Bush, played by Rober Duvall, a hermit, who does not care how he is portrayed in his town. One day when another hermit dies, Felix wants to try to patch things up with his fellow townspeople. He hires Frank Quinn, played by Bill Murray, a funeral director, who arranges a fake funeral for him. This funeral will display Felix as dead but the main point is to see how his fellow townspeople really think about him. The movie has a distinct view on life and how you are portrayed when going through your life.

This film has a great cast that helped the film make it so great. Robert Duvall is always great at what he does. He has been a great actor for decades and he has such an array of roles whether it is faking his own death or kids soccer coach. He has great at any role. Bill Murray is also an amazing actor. His films are so great because he really can do it all. Every movie he is in makes it better because if the film is a comedy he is hilarious, and if the film is a drama then he has such a great persona on screen. Sissy Spacek also did a great job as a supporting actress. She is great even still. This film is so great but depressing.

"The Amazing Spider-Man" is Worth Seeing.

"The Amazing Spider-Man" is worth seeing. After the three movies with Tobey Maguire I was pretty disappointed by the end of the series. The movies were very exciting and entertaining but by the end they got repetitive and a little boring. So I was eager to see how Andrew Garfield played a superhero. I loved Garfield in "The Social Network" he did a great job supporting Jesse Eisenberg and Justin Timberlake. He plays Peter Parker who like the original gets bitten by a spider and develops superpowers that help him fight crime, but in this Spider-Man he is seen as a foe to the police. While this is going on he falls for Gwen Stacy, played by Emma Stone. Gwen is actually the daughter of a policeman, played by Denis Leary. Peter tries to be the superhero he is supposed to be regardless of the police trying to take him down.

This film was better than I thought. I honestly did not know how this movie was going to play out because of the previous series with Tobey Maguire. I am glad Andrew Garfield fit well with the part mainly because he looks like a teenager unlike, Maguire. It might sound like I did not like the films with Tobey Maguire. I did but I felt like Andrew Garfield is going to play Spider-Man a little better, because it was more credible because he looks younger. And I am eager to see how the next few Spider Man films play out.

"I Think We're Alone Now" is a Fantastically Gripping Documentary.

"I Think We're Alone Now" is a fantastically gripping documentary. It tells the story of two individuals, Jeff and Kelly, that are obsessed with teen pop star, Tiffany. Tiffany has been making music since the 1980s but here biggest song was "I Think We're Alone Now." Jeff has Aspergers and he believes Tiffany is his best friend and believes that they can be friends forever and they are, even after only meeting her a few times. Kelly believes that she is destined to be with Tiffany forever, even through they have not met in person. This documentary really shows the rawness of their obsession with this person, and they do not believe that this is an obsession it is just a way of life. The director, Sean Donnelly really portrayed these two characters very well, especially when they meet. This film really goes in depth of a super fan of a singer that is popular but not even the most popular at the time. It has a great outlook on music and life.

"It's Kind of a Funny Story" is Spectacular

"It's Kind of a Funny Story" is spectacular. It has Craig, played by Keir Gilchrist, who checks himself into a mental hospital because he is suicidal. He is a depressed teenager trying to deal with a girl that does not live him, and the fact that he is not being loved as much as he wants at home. He is trying to find a new start, and he finds it at the hospital. He meets a man named named, Bobby, played by Zach Galifinakis. He is a man that has been there for awhile and tries to take him under his wing, and teach him about life, girls, dealing with stress because he sees a lot of himself through Craig. Craig then meets a girl named Noelle, played by Emma Roberts. Noelle is in the hospital and starts to hang with Craig, which leads to Craig liking her. He is trying to fix his problems with the new friends he has made.

This film is based on a novel which was the main reason it was written beautifully. The film was made very well, and the story was so gripping. This is very emotional film because everyone can relate with Craig because everyone has been depressed and has dealt with relationship problems, problems at home, problems with school, and problems with friends. It has a great view on life, in the sense that life could be worse, and the problems we have now won't be as severe as they are now.

"The Big C" Will Be Missed

"The Big C" was a fantastic show that will be missed. Laura Linney plays a cancer patient trying to deal with the fact that she is going to die from her type, Melanoma. She has a husband, played by Oliver Platt, that will do anything for her. There son, Adam, played by Gabriel Basso, is a teenager trying to deal with school, girls, and the fact that his dying mother works at the high school he goes to. They also take care of a girl named Andrea, played by Gabourey Sidibe. Also, her brother, played by John Benjamin Hickey, stops by from time to time.  She is a woman that is dealt with this terrible disease and tries to do everything she wants to do before she is gone.

Laura Linney is spectacular on this show. She has received an Emmy for this year's season mainly because she is such a strong and powerful woman being portrayed on this show. Oliver Platt also, such a great actor that does fantastic on this show because of how loyal he is to her, when they are together.  Gabriel Basso and Gabourey Sidibe are assets to this show because they are great up and coming actors and they have a great buddy-buddy relationship on this show. John Benjamin Hickey is a great supporting actor for this show also because he is hilarious and he really brings the story to a great big turn to help the story line even better. Unfortunately just ended but it will be missed.

"Shameless" on Showtime is an Amazing Show that Comes Back on in January

"Shameless" on Showtime is an amazing show that comes back on in January. This is a remake of the British version. It tells the story of a poor family trying to do what they can to get by. Fiona, played by Emmy Rossum, is the oldest sibling and she takes care of the whole family, three brothers, and a sister. Also, her father is an alcoholic and is obviously not stable enough to be a father. Fiona tries her best to take care of this overbearing family as much as she can. The older brothers also try their best by working or getting paid to the SATs for other people. They are all trying to make their lives better than what they have.

This show is spectacular mainly because of the story lines. This is one of the few shows that I have seen where I all of the characters on the show each have a story line and a past that they reveal. This is very similar to "Orange is the Black" mainly because they usually have one episode devoted to each character and then bring it up later into the show. This show is worth watching even know you have to pay for it to watch on Showtime. It is spectacular and you might be shocked of what happens but it is raw, and edgy for a reason, it makes a point.

"Parenthood" is a Classic Family Movie

"Parenthood" is a classic family movie. it tells the story of the giant Buckman family. One family has three kids trying to cope with everyday struggles. Another is a couple taking care of their child prodigy. Another is a single mother taking care of two teenagers. The last is the grandparents taking care of everyone and also the screwed-up son taking care of an infant. The family goes through everyday struggles of a typical American family. This film can be categorized as a film that explains family struggles for the modern time, much like the hit comedy, "Modern Family." This film explains how a modern family can go through similar struggles, and these things can happen to any family, regardless that this film came out in 1989.

This film is great mainly because of Ron Howard. He not only help write this film, but he also directed this film. The storyline was extremely captivating and even for a movie that was PG-13, it still brought up some topics that are not suitable for kids, or young teenagers. A great part of this film also was the outstanding cast. Steve Martin led the way, as Gil Buckman and this is one of his best roles. Granted, he has been in a lot of better films, and most of his roles are great anyway, but he nailed this role. Also, Mary Steenburgen really did a fantastic job as Gil's wife, Karen. Some great minor roles were played by, Dianne Wiest, Rick Moranis, Tom Hulce, and Jason Robards. This film is a great family film that brings up controversial topics and controversies that families go through every day.

"Don Jon" is a Great Film to See this Fall

"Don Jon" is a great film to see this fall. It has Johnny, played by Joseph-Gordon Levitt, a porn-addict who is looking for more out of his life. He is an attractive guy that has sex with all of girls. He only really cares about a few things, his apartment, his friends, his family, his church, his girls, and his porn. He finally thinks he meets the right girl when he meets, Barbara, played by Scarlet Johannson. She is beautiful, funny, sexy, and really likes Johnny. They start dating, and Johnny feels like he has finally made a relationship with someone that he actually cares about. The only problem is he is still addicted to porn. He has to try to deal with this while trying to stay with Barbara.

This film is great mainly because of Joseph-Gordon Levitt. He directed, wrote, and starred in this film. He did a great job for this film. He played this guido kid, from the Jersey Shore and he nailed the part. Some great minor roles were by Tony Danza, Brie Larson, and Julianne Moore. Also, Scarlet Johannson was fantastic also. She is one of the most beautiful women in the world and she is also a fantastic actress. This film is great and it brings a very controversial topic and addresses it very well. Please go see it!

"Sweeney Todd: The Demon Barber of Fleet Street" is One of Johnny Depp's Best.

"Sweeney Todd: The Demon Barber of Fleet Street" is one of Johnny Depp's best. It has the barber, Sweeney Todd, played by Johnny Depp, cutting hair in London. His haircuts does not only include cutting hair, and shaving, it also includes Todd's evil and vicious plot to brutally murder every victim that sits in his chair. Mrs. Lovett, played by Helena Bonham Carter, is Todd's partner in crime in this hit based on the Broadway musical.

This film is great because they put the musical to the big screen. Johnny Depp is fantastic in his performance. He has done some weird roles and mysterious roles but this is one of his best. Helena Bonham Carter is also a great part of this film. She also has done some weird roles but she is a great actress and has helped some great movies even better. Including "Fight Club" and "The King's Speech." Some great minor roles were apart of this film also. Sacha Baron Cohen was Pirelli, and much like his performance in "Les Miserables" he brought comedic relief to this dark film. Also Alan Rickman was spectacular as Judge Turpin. This film is a great adaptation to the musical and it is mostly because of the genius working of Tim Burton. This film is very dark and edgy and it really shows how good Tim Burton and Johnny Depp and Helena Bonham Carter work together.

"Carrie" is a Horror Classic. Hopefully the New Adaptation is as Good

"Carrie" is a horror classic. It has Carrie, played by Sissy Spacek, growing up in a suburban town. She is an outcast, and she does not really have any friends except her coach. So she is surpised when a very attractive boy asked her to prom. She also is not well-liked at home. Her mom is extremely religious and forces her to worship God. She is just a girl that wants to be a normal teenager and wants to be with boys and have a normal life. She plots her revenge at her prom.

This film is spectacular for its time. This was based on a Stephen King novel. For the most part, this film created an amazing picture for the novel, and this is considered one of the best horror films ever made. Sissy Spacek is obviously very pretty but in this film she is portrayed as the incredibly disgusting and horrid creature by the end. I am curious to see how the new "Carrie" coming out on October 18th portrays this story. The person that plays Carrie is Chloe Grace Moretz. She is teenager becoming a huge star in Hollywood being in such films as "Kick-Ass" "500 Days of Summer" and "Hugo." Also, she is incredibly gorgeous. I am eager to see how she is portrayed in the new adaptation.

"Sugar" is an Incredible Film

"Sugar" is an incredible film. It has Miguel, nicknamed Sugar, who is a Dominican Baseball pitcher, that has big dreams. He wants to become a Major League Baseball pitcher. They call him Sugar because he is sweet with the ladies. Sugar is an extremely good pitcher, and he gets picked up by a farm system. But he still strives to play or even get to New York. New York is the place to be for most people mainly because it is a place in America where things can happen, and people can make something out of themselves. He is determined to make it in America.

Sugar is played by Algenis Perez Soto. This was his first and only film he has been in. This film, was extremely good mainly because of him. It is a shame that he has not been in any other films because he was incredible. This film showed that dreams can come true regardless it might be swayed to something different. This film also shows that if you are doing something that you love and loving your life, you are fulfilling your dreams.

The "Insidious" Films Are Worth Checking Out

The "Insidious" were a pretty good series for PG-13 horror films. It tells the story of a family being haunted by spirits that terrorize them ever since it terrorized the father of the house, Josh, played by Patrick Wilson. Both of the films had pretty scary moments throughout the film. If you are a fan of the first chapter you should see the second, regardless it was not as good as the first one. Regardless, that these films are rated PG-13, it had great parts, and story lines that a horror film should have. A horror film is supposed to have parts that are scary at moments, and be suspenseful the whole entire film, to keep the audience interested. These films are not the greatest horror films ever made, but it had some great horror moments and both are worth seeing.

"About Schmidt" is a Fantastic Film

"About Schmidt" is a fantastic film. It has Warren Schmidt, played by Jack Nicholson. He is an older man living with his wife, Helen, played by June Squibb. Helen and Warren have been together for decades, and their spark that they had when they were first married is dying or dead. Warren is bored with his life, and wants something different. Suddenly and abruptly, Helen dies and Warren decides to take this opportunity to try to rekindle his relationship with his daughter, Jeannie, played by Hope Davis because they are not as close as they were before. After spending some time with her, she decides to break some news to Warren. She is getting married to her boyfriend, Randall, played by Dermot Mulroney, who Warren does not love. Warren tries to cope with his wife's death and the fact that he does not approve the engagement all alone.

This film is so great mainly because of Jack Nicholson. He steals the show in this mainly because he becomes this role. He is one of the best actors ever to be put on screen. In this film, he is a messed up, depressed, and crazed man and he really nails this role. Also, in this film, Kathy Bates and Hope Davis, and Dermot Mulroney are also spectacular. This film is a little slow but it is still amazing, mainly because the story is so compelling. Please watch!

"Midnight Cowboy" is a Great Film That Changed the Film Industry Forever

"Midnight Cowboy" is a great film that changed the film industry forever. It has Joe Buck, played by Jon Voight, going to New York. He is a Texas Cowboy trying to start new from his terrible past we learn later in the film. He tries to become a male prostitute in New York. Trying to find any woman off the street, to pay for his services. He is a very naïve man who is trying to start fresh. He then meets a man, named Rizzo, played by Dustin Hoffman. Rizzo is a man trying to get by with the little money he has, but tries to help Joe. He wants to help Joe and become friends with him because he is very lonely, and Joe does not have friends in the city, and he tries to become friends with him. As the movie progresses, we see their friendship becoming a brotherhood.

This film is amazing and it reflects how things were in the late 60s, early 70s. It really has a lot of commentary about the American Dream, sexuality, and relationships in general. What helps the movie gain its credibility as great, is the acting and also the storytelling. Dustin Hoffman and Jon Voight were spectacular together and they really deserved their nominations. Both roles were very controversial and emotional and they did a great job for this movie. The directing and writing coming together beautifully also made this film amazing. The film explains the friendship of Joe and Rizzo but also explains the past of Joe's together very well. Everything flowed very well, for a movie that had two story lines going on at once. This movie needs to be viewed very closely to fully understand the undertones of the film, but it is very good. Please watch it!

"Kramer vs. Kramer" is Legendary

"Kramer vs. Kramer" is a great film, even today. It has Ted Kramer, played by Dustin Hoffman, and his wife, Joanna, played by Meryl Streep. The Kramers are going through this marriage every day at a time, until Joanna decides to leave Ted and their son, Billy, played by Justin Henry. Ted is forced to take care of his son alone while they settle their divorce. This was one of the first times a father was taking care of their children as a single parent. So he did not know exactly what to do, but he loved him, and did not like how Joanna was acting. They have to deal with this terrible circumstance.

This film deserves a lot of credit because it did win many awards. Meryl Streep won for Best Supporting Actress and Dustin Hoffman won for Best Actor. Also, Jane Alexander and Justin Henry were nominated for supporting actress and supporting actor. It also won Best Picture. Dustin Hoffman was spectacular in this film, like most of his roles. He is an incredible actor and really is one of the best ever put on screen. Also, Meryl Streep might be the best actress ever put on film. Almost every single role she was received, she received an Oscar nomination. Some people might say, she got nominated because she is Meryl Streep but she is spectacular. This film is great go see it.

"Girl, Interrupted" is a Great Film Starring Winona Ryder and Angelina Jolie.

"Girl, Interrupted" is a great film starring Winona Ryder and Angelina Jolie. It tells the true story Susanna Kaysen, played by Winona Ryder. She checks herself into a mental hospital after a suicide attempt. She is a troubled teen trying to figure out things for herself. She meets a few residents in the hospital all trying to get better. We meet a girl named Lisa, played by Angelina Jolie. She is a one of the trouble makers that tries to escape a lot. All of the women in the hospital are troubled and are trying to get better for their boyfriends, their families, and mostly themselves.

This film is great mainly because the great acting by the women. Winona Ryder does a great job in this film as the main character. She is fantastic in almost every role, I am a huge fan of hers mainly because of Reality Bites. Jared Leto, and Brittany Murphy were great minor characters. Jared Leto is a very talented person being a singer, and an actor. His band 30 Seconds to Mars, has really become one of the most well-known rock bands out right now. Brittany Murphy was great for this role, and unfortunately she died so soon. The best part about this film though was Angelina Jolie. She won an Academy Award for her role as Lisa Rowe. She was extremely psychotic, and crazy in this film that made this film so good.

"The Pursuit of Happyness" is a Spectacular Film About Hope

"The Pursuit of Happyness" is a spectacular film about hope. It has Chris Gardner, played by Will Smith, trying to get by with the little money he has. He invests in a device called a "Bone Density Scanner" to sell to doctors who need them. When this idea is not working, his wife leaves him and lets Chris take care of their son, Christopher Jr., played by Jaden Smith. Chris tries his best to take care of his son, and also teach him life lessons along the way. He then tries to get a steady job by going through six months of training as a stockbroker, and he has to work as hard as he can to prove to his son, his wife and himself that he can be a great father.

This film was great for Will Smith. He is an amazing actor that does not always get recognition mainly because of his early career. He was a rapper, and on sitcom but regardless he has been in some incredible films. Including, "I am Legend" "Independence Day" and the "Legend of Bagger Vance." He is incredible in this film, and this is clearly his best film. Also Jaden Smith and Thandie Newton, are great minor characters in this film that help the film show how great it really is. This film really shows if you really work as your hard as you can you can achieve great things.

"Annie Hall" is a Classic, and one of Woody Allen's Best.

"Annie Hall" is a classic. It is essentially the best Woody Allen film ever made. It tells the story of Alvie Singer and his relationship with his girlfriend, Annie, played by Diane Keaton. It goes through a lot of commentary about relationships and how people interact in general about how two people in love. It is extremely funny and regardless it came out in the 1970s, it can still relate to now.

This film is so spectacular mainly because of how Woody Allen is such a genius. He wrote, directed, and starred in this film. He will be getting an award for his achievements in film at the Golden Globes, this year and it is deserved. Yes, he has made some flops but he has made an impact in Hollywood, and he is still making incredible films. This film is a classic, and should be viewed by everyone going through a relationship. You really learn a lot by watching.

"The Silence of the Lambs" is a Great Film for its Time.

"The Silence of the Lambs" is a great film for its time. It has Clarice Starling as an FBI agent trying to get help from an incarcerated manipulative killer named Dr. Hannibal Lecter, played by Anthony Hopkins. Sterling is a very strong young woman but Lecter gets inside of her head and almost controls her. Although, she needs his help to take down a killer called Buffalo Bill.

This film is so great mainly because of the acting. Jodie Foster is spectacular in her performance. She has been one of the best actresses of our time mainly because of her role as Clarice Starling. She deserved her oscar for this role. Also, Anthony Hopkins has the role of his lifetime. He was in this film for no more than twenty minutes but his role in this film was so chilling and frightening. It made this film so good and probably why it won Best Picture. The other Hannibal Lecter are also terrifying but none of them were as good as the original. This film was so chilling, revolutionary, and frightening it deserves a lot more recognition. Go see it!

"Orange is the New Black" is the New Hit Show

"Orange is the New Black" is an amazing show. Unfortunately, this show is only on Netflix but it is still fantastic. It has Piper Chapman, incarcerated with other women. The show clearly explains the main characters in each episode so extremely well. Each women are going through many different problems that go along with being incarcerated. Some are suicidal, sexual frustrated, hungry, depressed, or just plain angry. The show clearly explains the troubles families have to go through when a family member is in jail. The show is so perfectly edited on a master level it is hard to explain. Everything about this show is so technically beautiful and everyone should watch.

"Hotel Rwanda" and Don Cheadle are Fantastic

"Hotel Rwanda" is a great film based on a true story. Paul Rusesabagina, played by Don Cheadle, is a hotel owner in Rwanda. This film takes place during the Hutu-Tutsi genocide. Paul takes in thousands of refugees to make sure that they are safe. He is considered a hero for becoming a caretaker during this terrible time. While he is taking care of everyone else he has to make sure his family is alright also. He wants to make sure his guests are alright but his family are obviously his number one priority.

This film is beautifully filmed and directed. While watching this film the audience feels like they are in this hotel trying to make they can be safe. Don Cheadle does an amazing job and he is one of the best actors of our lifetime. Almost every role he is in, he is gold, especially on his Showtime show, "House of Lies." Nick Nolte and Sophie Okonedo also did an amazing job in this film. They really help make this film even better. Terry George really made this come to life and it is a great film to see mainly because it really explains this genocide really well. It was a terrible time for Rwanda but this film really shows the hardships of this time. Go see it!

"An Education" is a Great Film About Innocence.

"An Education" is a great film about innocence. It has Jenny, played by Carey Mulligan. She is a sixteen year old girl trying to make her way through school in London and is trying to get accepted into Oxford University because her father really wants her to. Jenny is a gifted, smart, and beautiful girl but things change when he meets a man named David Goldman, played by Peter Sarsgaard. David is a wealthy older man and he tries to expose her to a life of luxury. By taking her to museums, clubs, hotels, and various other nice places. Obviously this is suspect for a man in his thirties to be spending time with a sixteen year old but Jenny really likes this new lifestyle. She has to decide whether this is a lifestyle for her or stay in London.

This is a great film for many ages. It is a coming of age story for Jenny and it really portrays a great story. This film was beautifully acted by Carey Mulligan and Peter Sarsgaard. They were fantastic together and they really made magic on screen because of the dangerous and suspect lifestyle they were in.  The film really shows how really could sound and seem true and amazing it might not be at all. It also showed that the first love that everyone goes through is not everything people wanted it is really something that does not at all usually and it is not to be good to be true. It really has great morals in this film and it really is a great film to watch for mostly teenagers. Please go watch it.

"Rushmore" is an Indie Classic

"Rushmore" is a great Indie flick. It has Max, played by Jason Schwartzman, who goes to Rushmore Prep. He is essentially the King of Rushmore Prep because he is apart of everything. Clubs, Drama, you name it. Max's life changes when he meets Miss Cross, played by Olivia Williams. He is intoxicated with her, and he can't help but to fall in love with her. Unfortunately he is only fifteen and it cannot work out. Also, Max is friends with Herman Blume, played by Bill Murray. Blume is a rich industrialist who takes a liking to Miss Cross. The love triangle gets to Max and he tries to resolve this problem.

This film is so great because of the great directing and writing by Wes Anderson. He is a genius when it comes to films. His quirky and hilarious story lines blend together to make great films that have hidden meanings. This film was to supposed to show that true love cannot always become realistic. He uses hilarious antics through his characters to make the story come together so well. Also, in this film the acting was spectacular. Bill Murray is usually in Anderson's films and he is always dynamite. He is a great actor that can play any role he wants. Also, this was Jason Schwartzman's first film and he did fantastic. This film is very different and odd, but it is an Indie classic. Please Go See This Film!

"Life is Beautiful" is an Amazing and Beautiful Film.

"Life is Beautiful" is just an amazing and beautiful film. It has Guido a Jewish man, played by Roberto Benigni, he is a jewish man living in Italy during WWII. He meets the love of his life and has a child with her. Everything is gong great he is extremely happy with his life until his family is taken to a concentration camp. He is separated by his wife but he is able to stay with his son who is about 3 or 4. His son is obviously scared so Guido tries to help him. He says the Holocaust is a game and the winner gets a tank.

This is just a spectacular and heartwarming film. Obviously it is very depressing to be set in a concentration camp, but Roberto Benigni is incredible in his acting and he really made this a pleasant experience for his son. It also still shows that the Jewish Spirit is still not dead regardless 6 million Jews died. He tries to send signals to his wife through the camp through songs, and announcements, and it showed that he is still who he is and still loves his life and family regardless that he is stuck there until he dies. It really shows that life can beautiful even in a terrible situation for eternity. Please go see this incredible film.

"Lean on Me" is a Great Film with Morgan Freeman

"Lean on Me" is a great film with Morgan Freeman. It has appointed Principal Joe Clark, played by Morgan Freeman, trying to improve the inner city of high school he leads. The school is filled with violence, drugs, and urban despair that urban schools go through every year. With the help of Ms. Levias, played by Beverly Todd, Principal Clark can really make a difference.

This film is very well written and directed. It really showed the troubles some urban schools go through. Constant violence incidents, drugs being distributed, and unexpected teenage pregnancies. It really is a great to watch even if you are out of school. It might be a little cheesy, but it still gets the message across. Morgan Freeman and Beverly Todd really steal the show in this film. Morgan Freeman is not just a narrator, he can really act very well and can play almost any role. Beverly Todd is very good in this film. She is an actress that was a hidden gem in this film but she did a fantastic job in this job. This whole film was a great film about an issue that is apparent even today. It is a great film to see.

"Blue Jasmine" is One of the Best Woody Allen's Films in Years

"Blue Jasmine" is one of the best Woody Allen's films in years. It has Jasmine, played by Cate Blanchett. She is moving in with her sister, Ginger, played by Sally Hawkins, in San Francisco. Jasmine was the wife of a billionaire, who spoiled her but he did not treat her right in the end. Jasmine tries to pick herself back up in San Francisco but she starts to become the same person she was that did not work in the first place.

The actor, writing, and directing in this film is phenomenal. Woody Allen is amazing at everything he does. He was not in this film, but he uses his craziness and neurotic behavior through his characters especially the main character. In this film, Jasmine is a crazy character. She talks to herself, but she is trying to better herself and fix the problems she has in her life. And Cate Blanchett does a fantastic job because of it. Sally Hawkins and Bobby Cannavale are perfect in this film. They are both becoming well known actors and they are great in this film. Regardless that Alec Baldwin is the villain he is great in this film. Louis C.K. and Peter Sarsgaard also make great appearances in this film. This film is beautifully casted, acted, written, and it comes to together beautifully also. It shows that sometimes having a large amount of money is not always the best way to live and living a simple quaint life is almost as good. Go see another great Woody Allen film.

"Office Space" is a Great Comedy

"Office Space" is a great comedy. It has Peter, played by Ron Livingston, working at a company called Initech. He hates his job. he hates his boss, Bill Lumbergh, played by Gary Cole, his cubicle, and most of the people he works with. he has two good friends that work there named Michael and Samir. The three of them devise a plan to take down the dreaded company and obtain a fortune from the company. Along the way, we meet Joanna, played by Jennifer Aniston. She is a waitress at the guys' hangouts. Eventually Peter gets the courage to ask her on a date. They develop a relationship and he really starts to like her. they try to work everything out in their lives that they do not love.

This is one of the best dark comedies I have ever seen. It has so many great lines, that are just relatable to anyone who does not like their jobs which could be most people. Also, a great cast to go along with this hilarious film. Ron Livingston was brilliant in this film as the protagonist that really wants to do right. Gary Cole, is the villain and he does a great job as the boss nobody wants. Stephen Root was really great also as Milton. He probably had one of the hardest roles as an employee with a stutter. This film is so great and it is not extremely popular and it should. Go see this hilarious film, and you will be satisfied.

"To Rome With Love" is a Hilarious Woody Allen Film

"To Rome With Love" is a hilarious Woody Allen film. It has Woody Allen at his usual best with laughs and crazy antics. In this film, there are a few story lines going on all revolving love, and cheating all in the beautiful city of Rome. It shows how much a person could want to cheat, it is always better to be with the person you love.

This film has many great actors and with the help of Allen's writing makes this film great. Alec Baldwin is very good in this film. He plays essentially Jesse Eisenberg's conscious and he is very funny and plays the voice of reason character really well. Jesse Eisenberg also is very good at what he does. Every movie he is in is golden. Ellen Page was also very good for this film. She is becoming a very well known actor and is extremely good at all her roles. Not many actors or actresses have said that their first movie was extremely successful, and also get nominated for Best Actress. Penelope Cruz also extremely well in this film. She is a very talented, beautiful, bilingual actress that is very good at any role with any language she speaks. This film is very good, but obviously not Woody Allen's best. This is a funny, quirky and at times brilliantly funny movie just like Woody Allen. He is a fantastic director/writer/producer/actor and he will always be considered one of the best.

"Slumdog Millionaire" is a Winner.

"Slumdog Millionaire" is a Winner. It has Jamal, played by Dev Patel, growing up in India trying to make way in the slums of India. The movie has him on India's version of "Who Wants to be a Millionaire" and with his childhood, and adolescence he is able to answer the questions for him to finally be wealthy. To prove his innocence he tells the story of his life, his older brother, played by Madhur Mittal, that was with him for a large portion of his life, and his lost love, Latika, played by Freida Pinto.

This film is so great because it is great to see his story. It is beautifully acted, and beautifully made. This film is filmed all in India, a beautiful country. And the story really is compelling, and kept the audience on the edge of their seats. The Bollywood nation really came alive for this movie with the dancing, and singing throughout the film. "42" is a Great Story About Hope

"42" is a great story about hope. It tells the true story of how Jackie Robinson became a major league baseball player. Jackie, played by Chadwick Boseman, gets a call from the Brooklyn Dodgers team executive Branch Rickey, played by Harrison Ford, about being a pro baseball player. Rickey wants to stir things up, and bring a Black man into baseball. In 1947 there were no African American players in Baseball, and Jackie Robinson became the first one to play in the majors.

This film is so great because we clearly saw how hard it was for Jackie to play, and for African Americans in general. Chadwick Boseman is very good in this film, mainly we can clearly see how terrible it was for him in the beginning of his career. His emotion came out on screen. This role was great for him. Also, Harrison Ford was great in this film. This is one of the best roles he has had in the past few years and he nailed it. He is a great actor that has not been in the best films but I think he bounced back with this film. Furthermore, Nicole Beharie, played as Jackie's wife, and she was great. This was a great film for her to break out into this business. This film is great to watch even if you are not a baseball fan. It is a great story about determination.

"The Butler" is a Contender for the Oscars this Year

"The Butler" is a contender for the Oscars this year. It tells the story of Cecil Gaines, played by Forest Whitaker, and how he becomes this great butler for the Presidents in the White House. He tries to deal with the racism, and civil rights movement, that occurred during he middle of the 20th century. His job pays pretty well for an African American during the that time, so it he keeps the job for his family. His wife, Gloria, played by Oprah Winfrey, is a housewife trying to take care of their two boys, Louis and  Charles. The film has a distinct view on each Presidency through the eyes of both sides, the civil rights activists and the Politicians trying to fix the fighting that went along with it.

This film is so great because of the authenticity and the amazing cast. David Oyelowo was extremely good as Louis because of his constant struggle to have civil rights. Each President was fantastic in this film. Robin Williams, John Cusack, James Marsden, Liev Schreiber, and Alan Rickman were all equally great. The first ladies that were shown, Minka Kelly, and Jane Fonda, were also great for their parts. Also, the other butlers were great also, Cuba Gooding Jr. and Lenny Kravitz. Also Terrence Howard was great as their neighbor. The best part of this film was how great Oprah Winfrey and Forest Whitaker were both spectacular in this film. Oprah Winfrey actually went back to acting school for this film, and it worked out because she was amazing and it was nice to see her in a film because she was as good as she was almost thirty years ago in "The Color Purple." Furthermore, Forest Whitaker had the role of his lifetime, and he did a great job for this film. This film included the main contributors for the civil rights movement, and it clearly showed how horrible the African American community was treated at that time. This film was extremely good and it deserved to be recognized.

"Nowhere Boy" is a Great Film that Tells the Beginning of the Beatles

"Nowhere Boy" is a great film that tells the beginning of the Beatles. It tells the story of John Lennon's adolescence. His childhood, his teenage years, and the years where he formed the Beatles. Aaron Johnson plays John, and Kristin Scott Thomas plays his aunt. They are both great together and they really make this film amazing.

The authenticity of this made it so good. The accents, filming locations, and the cast in general made this film so great. Kristin Scott Thomas is always great. She has been in this business for awhile and she is very talented. Thomas Brodie-Sangster played Paul very well and Johnson and him worked very well together. But Aaron Johnson was fantastic. He is a great actor and he is really becoming popular especially in his new film "Kick-Ass 2." Johnson is awesome in this film, and I hope he really becomes a household name because he is extremely good. This film is great for the Beatles fan also much like "Across the Universe." Go see it!

"Across the Universe" is a Great Love Story

"Across the Universe" is a great film with the music of the Beatles. This movie is about a love story between a rich American girl named Lucy, played by Evan Rachel Wood, and a poor English artist named Jude, played by Jim Sturgess. There long lost love is put to the test.

This film is so great because of the mixture of art and the music of Beatles. With the animation, and the singing this film is just great to watch. Also, Jim Sturgess and Evan Rachel Wood are great together. Jim Sturgess is great at what he does. He is a great actor for his time. Evan Rachel Wood, is also great. She is beautiful and she has had such a great talent even when she a teenager in "Thirteen." The singing is also great. I don't know how much singing the actors did, but some of the covers were almost as good as the originals. If you're a fan of the Beatles go check out this movie. It is a great love story that has a happy ending.

"The Conjuring" is the Scariest Movie You Will See All Summer

"The Conjuring" is the scariest movie you will see all summer. It has a family of seven moving into an old house and starting a new life in Rhode Island. The family realizes there are many things in the house that can only assume to make the house haunted. They turn out to be right and they have to try to deal with the haunted spirits of their house.

This movie is so thrilling because it keeps you on the edge of your seat. The cast was also really great. Usually in horror films, the acting is the part where we are drawn away. However, Ron Livingston, of "Office Space" and Lilli Taylor, of "Say Anything" played the parents and did a great job. Also, the paranormal investigators, played by Patrick Wilson and Vera Farmiga did a great job. This movie is worth mentioning if you are a horror, it is worth seeing if you are a fan. It completely scares every moviegoer, and even if you are usually tough during horror flicks, I am sure you will be a little shaken up after this one.

"Breaking Bad" is One of the Best T.V. Dramas

Today marks the premiere of the last episodes of Breaking Bad. This show is one of the best drama ever to put on the T.V. screen. It has Walter White, played by Bryan Cranston, trying to cope with his life after being diagnosed with cancer. He plans to still work at his job as a chemistry teacher, and try to make some money to treat his illness, and take care of his family. With the help of an old student, Jesse Pinkman, played by Aaron Paul, he cooks methamphetamine, and sells it. When the power gets to his head, he becomes this power hungry drug dealer called Heisenberg.

This show is awesome. The story is so captivating, and it epitomizes every show before because it just so beautifully written, and each week, is so exciting. The cast is spectacular also. The main characters are nominated for Emmys this year. Aaron Paul is so great and he was supposed to be killed off in the first season. He is so great for his age, and he is one of my favorite characters on the show. Anna Gunn plays as Bryan Cranston's wife, and at times she can be overbearing but she is also great on this show. The best part of this show, is Bryan Cranston. This show put him on the map as one of the best actors of all time. He was in some movies and was a huge hit, and he was hilarious on "Malcolm in the Middle." But this show, really proved that he can do it all, and he deserves every bit of recognition. Catch up on this show, and watch it.

"Searching for Sugar Man" is an Amazing Documentary.

"Searching for Sugar Man" is an amazing documentary. It tells the story of the talented story of the singer, Rodriguez. Rodriguez came out with two albums in the 70s but he did not have much success in in the United States. It actually was a giant success in South Africa. Actually South Africans consider him as successful as Elvis Presley. In this film, two South Africans set out a journey to find him and get him to tour again.

This film is so great because it clearly explains the true story of Rodriguez. It is a great story of determination and courage, to find him, and for Rodriguez to start playing again. What made me love this film so much, we listen to his music while the movie is playing, and it is very good. He is a great singer/songwriter it is too bad he did not have enough success because he is very talented. Here is a song by him, I hope you listen and watch the film.
