"300: Rise of an Empire" is Worth Seeing if you Liked the First One.

"300: Rise of an Empire" is worth seeing if you liked the first one. It tells the story of Themistokles, played by Sullivan Stapleton. He is the Greek general leading the seas to try to take down the much stronger and larger Persian navy. Persian navy is led by a beautiful but ruthless leader named, Artemisia, played by Eva Green. They are fighting while King Leonidas' and his 300 Spartans are trying to take down Xerxes. They soon find out what happens to them while in battle, and try to take down their mortal enemies.

This film is great but obviously not as good as the first film. Regardless it was very cool to see the visual effects throughout, and the violence. It is an awesome and violent film to watch but it is different than a regular war film with the visual effects. It is a manly film because of the blood, beautiful women, and war. It is a different action film that is enjoyable because it is unique from a regular action film i.e. "Fast and the Furious." It is worth watching because it is different from the first film, and if you are a fan of the first one it is worthwhile.
